Newbie help please

Hello everyone out there, first off my name is Edward Ochoa. I live in McAllen tx.im 19 years old and I aspire to be a business owner. I'm brand spanking new to this, I actually don't know the purpose of this app but a friend referred me to it after I told him my plans and he said y'all would be able to share some info that would help. I currently own and operate a mobile carwash with a good friend of mine. We have been doing it for about 3 years and we want to open an actual establishment, but we are completely lost when it comes to owning/renting a property. We are scarred we are gonna get stuck with something we can't pay at the end if anyone has advice on what we should do it would be greatly appreciated .
