Hiring a property manager

I am working a contract with a property management firm (to manage a few single family home rentals only) and they have a paragraph stating that I would pay their attorney fees in the event that they get sued.

Does anyone know if this is standard practice?

I would call around and ask other PM companies if they require this to see if its something they are just adding in.  If you are not comfortable with that just tell them they need to strike that from the contract to get your business.
