Best site for advertising rental properties (excl MLS, craigslist, & facebooks)

Hey Everyone - I am closing on my first investment property on Wednesday and was wondering what's a good website/service for advertising rental property (aside from MLS, CL, and FB)? If you could also include why you think it's good that would be great.

@Gregory Massi We use Postlets as well for advertising our rentals.  Zillow owns postlets and a whole bunch of other rental apartment websites fall under the Postlets/Zillow umbrella.

You create 1 ad and it disburses it automatically to all of their other member sites.
