How do you manage your tenants via automation?
Hi I'm Lillie!
I'm unsure where to post this, but I'm learning about landlord processes and how they deal with tenant management in 2015. I'm seeing that things are slowly becoming more automated.
I'm in a program called Concept Academy in Columbus through Rev1Ventures where we take an idea and try to see how we can help a group of people. We chose landlord to see how we can make tenant management easier.
We are trying to see how you all manage tenants? What system? Excel? Google docs? A property mgt system?
We created a survey too if that's easier!!
It would really help us out if people could give their two cents on how they manage their tenants? If you could take the survey too that'd be cool!
Thank you!
Lillie
