I'm renting out my condo nightly in Texas. ANY SURPRISE TAX RULES?

Are there any surprise tax rules I should know of for renting out my condo to people nightly? As far as I understand if you rent your condo out for fewer than 14 days at a time then the rental income is tax-free (other than income tax)

Does this sounds accurate?
