Looking for assistance in Charlotte, NC

Own a house near UNC Charlotte (right next to Reedy Creek Park to be exact) that I am looking for some assistance on. I don't live in the area and am looking for someone to be my boots on the ground. I don't need a PM so to speak, but could use assistance getting the property cleaned up, leased up, etc, looking for more of an a la carte arrangement (pay for things when needed).
