Seattle's new Rental Registration & Inspection Ordinance

.    Did you know that if you own a rental with between 5 & 9 units, you have until the end of this month to register according to the city's new Rental Registration & Inspection Ordinance?  If you a rental with 1 - 4 units (including single family homes and condos), registration deadlines will occur on a rolling basis determined by the rental property's zip code, with the first deadline due by June 30th, 2015.
