Hi BP!

I have a Housing Voucher tenant looking to move from the current 1br/1ba that I rent her to a 2br by end of month. I get the sense that she would like to move into another property that I own but I don't have a 2br available. She is a pretty good tenant and I would love to refer her to someone who may be able to take her on. She would be moving by herself and has a voucher limit for $1250. My property is currently in SE DC but she said she is open to other areas of the city.

Great perk about Housing Voucher is you get your money on time each month and the tenant only pays about 30% of the total rent. Please inbox me if you are interested!
