LandLord selling house Questions

Cris Rug
Posted

My landlord is selling the house that I am renting. I have literally thousands of dollars in electronics and very valuable items around the house. THey said they will have people going in the house and looking around if they want. If I am renting is this legal? I know it would be rare for someone looking to purchase a house to steal stuff but the quantity of valuables here is very large.

I also do not like the fact that people would be frequently comming in the place I live. Doesn't the landlord have to wait for me to leave before letting people come in etc?
