Hey Landlords,

A friend and I are thinking about starting a RE Mgmt company (REMs)in the near future.  If you don't mind, I'd like to do some market research.  

What  LLs expect from REMs? What does it take to make you the LL happy? What types of things tick you off about them?  Any other gratuitous advice will be happily accepted.  Thanks,
