Looking for a Great REI Attorney in Southern California

I'm a newbie investor and am in the process of putting together my "REI Team" and am looking for a critical team member -- my attorney. I have already purchased 3 turn-key properties in Memphis and Atlanta (without an attorney) and am looking in other areas for small multi-family units. I need a good attorney yesterday. I have a modest income so cannot afford a big $ big name attorney at this point. Looking for a guy that will also help educate a newbie. Will appreciate any referrals. Thanks BPers!
