Tallahassee Property Management Company, need recommendation

Hey BP, 

I have a few multi-family and town-home properties in Tallahassee but live in South Florida so not on the ground every day. I am having terrible difficulties with my unresponsive, uncommitted property management company. Their focus is not 100% on property management and I am experiencing vacancies and poor communication & reporting. I am looking to switch management companies but afraid I may be jumping from the frying pan into the fire. Does anyone have firsthand experience of an established, professional, dedicated  and reliable property management company in Tallahassee ? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
