Interesting article on the changes to Cincinnati Section 8

Just saw this article posted by the Cincinnati Enquirer.  I remember someone on here made a thread a few months ago talking about how overly strict Cincinnati Section 8 was compared to surrounding Section 8 areas and he sold his Cincinnati properties because of it.  Unfortunately can't find his thread now.  

Anyways, just sharing because it's an interesting read.
