Landlord insurance

Hi everyone,

I have a rental property that I own in Los Angeles. 3 Units, 2 seperate buildings, built in 1910's all occupied. I wanted to find affordable landlord insurance options. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. The roof of the property needs some repairs so may not be insurable with big name insurance companies.
