Cash for Key
As I have said in my other forum post I am helping grandparent with a problem tenant.
I was wondering if cash for keys would be a better option than an eviction, and if their are certain procedures for cash for keys in Texas.
Thanks in advance for your answers.

I personally think that the cash for keys hurts the industry. People are rewarded to walk away after non-payment and such. On top of this, they do not end up with a ding on their credit. So the problem can be perpetuated.
This is harmful to the professionalism of the business.
