Quicken Property Manager stopping connected services for 2011

i have been using quicken PM for the rentals since 2011 and just received an email that i will no longer be able to update accounts/stocks online after 4/30.

I don't like to upgrade but it looks like i will have to. 

how hard is it to go from Quicken to Quickbooks? i am very good at quicken so i don't want to feel like 2nd grader and stumble around when i get Quickbooks..
