Website or service that allows landlords to post on MLS for rentals

I know there are many FSBO websites that allow you to post on MLS for a flat fee, but I'm wondering if there is something similar for rentals. I don't mind paying the fee if an agent brings me the tenant, but I would prefer to save on the listing cost.

Also, is there a way to view the final lease rate for MLS listed properties?

Honestly I would save the money. Maybe it's different where you live, but my experience is that listing a lease on MLS is not particularly effective because renters don't go to MLS. Websites like Zillow and even Craigslist are far more effective for generating tenants in my opinion.

I'm not aware of anywhere you can find the actual rental price on a property, and that's the problem with using comps for rentals. We can only see what the landlord is asking, not the final agreed-to price.

Don't get me wrong. Comps are vital for determining the asking price. There's just more educated estimating involved.

What I do is zero in on the one or two rentals that are absolutely the closest to the property I'm trying to rent. If I see it sitting on the market for a long time, or if I see them lowering the price, I'll adjust my estimates accordingly.
