Washington Tenant Screening LLC Income Verification

Got a potential tenant but I am not sure how to process his application. He is part owner of a bar (one of three) and only takes money out of LLC to pay bills. What would you ask for for proof? I know this type of situation has come up before and I am looking for guidance on how to verify their income. Thanks for reading.

Yep. Tax Returns.  @Account Closed You may want to check out our Tenant Screening Questions, which can be downloaded from the BP File Place under the Resources Tab. Look under "Other Documents." Good luck!
