Hi,

I never have a rental house with a pool before and I just got a house with a pool.I want to see what do I need in my agreement for the pools.

Is there a way to push all the maintenance of the pool to tenants.

Thank you so much for your helps

I've had a house (residence, not rental) with a pool.  I'll think twice before ever doing that again.  Maintenance is a BIG hassle, expensive, and on-going.  I would be astounded if a tenant did it properly.  In your shoes, I'd pay a pool service to take care of it.
