Ohio Rental Contracts

Hi Everyone,

I'm a newbie in the Columbus Ohio area and I'm really looking forward to getting started. Bigger Pockets has helped me learn more in 2 weeks about real estate than I have in 30 years otherwise. I have several properties ready to make an offer on, however I want to make sure that I have a good rental contract ready. Can anyone provide some guidance or feedback on where I can locate a good rental contract in Ohio without having to pay hundreds of dollars for an attorney to create one?
