Advertising for tenants
If you have had little response to your rental ads, consider different wording for your ad each week. Focus on different positive aspects of your unit such as the garage, fenced yard, public transportation, central A/C, new carpet, etc. Also charge the buzz words from spacious to immaculate to remodeled and so forth. Track the ads which produce the greatest response and use those words or phrases in future ads.
