I have a bad renter who is causing me a lot of grief. Anyone know a good real estate attorney in Indianapoils?

I am 68 and I have a renter who never pays rent or replays to any attempt to communicate with him. How can I get him evicted? This is only the third time in over 40 years of real estate investing I have had a bad renter. Any advice greatly appreciated. Thanks.
