What are the Abandonment Procedures?

We had a tenant move out and sent a text saying she moved out after we contacted her with Pay or Quit for the month of October's rent. She still has the keys, but verified she has moved out.

Since she sent you a text saying she has moved out, change the locks and re-rent it.
