What type of loan should I get???

Hello Everybody,

I am looking at prucahsing a rental property in an LLC. I want to make sure I am getting the correct loan so that I can hold the property in the LLC so I can get the tax benefits and liability protection that comes with it. Can I use a residential loan and hold the property in the LLC's name? Or do I have to go with a commercial loan with a higher rate in order to get the property in the companies name?

Thank you,
Phil
