Tenant wants a friend to stay over for a month
I have a tenant that asked if her friend could stay with her for a month while she looks for a place to live. I told her that she would need to have her friend fill out an application so I could do a background check on her and have her sign a month-to-month lease. The lease states no one is allowed to stay more than 3 days per month.
Is this how you would have handled it or is there a better way?
Thanks,
-Michael
