Background/Credit Check$ 20.00 + 30.00 Or Background/Credit $ 50.00

Or

Background : 20.00

Credit Check: 30.00

Is this a big deal?

Depends on your market.  What are other property owners/management companies in your area charging?  If everyone else is charging $50, then you probably can too.  However, if the majority of people are charging less, or nothing at all, then you will likely miss out on a lot of applicants.

In my market, $50 per applicant would be considered expensive.  I charge $25 per adult applicant over the age of 18.
