Attic storage

My tenant calls me and asks how to get into the attic ?   I ask them if there is a problem , he says no , they need the storage .  I tell him its in the lease , that the attic is off limits as is the crawl space . These areas are not for tenant use .  Does anyone allow tenant storage in attics ?     I dont want anyone walking on the joists and falling thru ceilings or leaving trash when they leave
