Help with Eviction Issue in Houston, Texas

Hi BiggerPockets community,

I have a huge issue I am currently dealing with.  My dad who lives in Houston and been the property manager for a property there because I live in New York.  He went to the hospital for a stroke and has lost all the paperwork for a tenant who is currently 2 months behind on rent.  I sent the notice for eviction and then after another family member went up to the courthouse, the court said that we have to get verification from the DMDC for eviction.  After going to their site I find out I need the social security number and date of birth of the tenants in the house.  All I have is their name because my dad can't find anything.  Does anyone know a way around this especially considering the circumstances?
