For all those people out there, mostly the buy/hold/rent crowd.

What age did you really start your investment in real estate? Do you wish you started sooner?

I feel I got a late start I am 32. Wish I started in my early twenties. I have been in it only one year.

I currently have 4 properties, 3 sfh and 1 duplex.

At what point did you start to get scale in the business? Meaning where the income off your properties allowed you to add additional properties more easily?
