Vandalized Property
I am based in California but have a single-family property in Memphis TN which I paid for in cash back in 2010, rehabbed and immediately rented after purchase. It has been more than a year since the property was last rented and it was difficult to get it rented. I just learned today that bad condition of the property, vandalized, non-maintained grass in the front, stolen heating and cooling units, broken into. What do you suggest I do?
