HI,

MY TENANT'S DAUGHTER STOPPED HANGING OUT THIS NEIGHBORHOOD BOY--WHOM THEY SUSPECT BROKE A COUPLE OF WINDOWS IN THE UNIT.  WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BROKEN WINDOWS?  MY TENANT CLAIMS THAT IT WASN'T HER NOR FRIENDS OF HERS--WHY SHOULD SHE BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING.  SHE DID FILE A POLICE REPORT BOTH TIMES AND SHE DOES HAPPEN TO HAVE RENTERS INSURANCE.  I VE BEEN TOLD THAT THE MOMENT THE TENANT STEPS INTO THE UNIT, AND EVERYTHING WAS IN WORKING ORDER THE BROKEN WINDOW BECOMES THE RESPONSIBILITYOF THE TENANT.  PLEASE ADVICE...IF ANYONE HAS HAD THIS PARTICULAR PROBLEM BEFORE.  THANKS. JUAN
