Anyone allowing Tenant to Pay by Email or Text?

Does anyone have a review, success or failure, of using the new "pay by email or text"  services banks and/or Paypal is offering.  It appears to be a free service to both individuals where one person can use their account to pay you simply using an email or mobile number you've registered with your bank or with Paypal (so they don't ever see your account number or bank).   I haven't used it yet, but considering it as I think it would be a great alternative, being able to offer your tenant payment without having to pay a bank check fee each month.

I bank at B of A, the tenant banks at Chase, I get a notification they have sent payment, I go in and "accept" it (chase site), then a couple of days later it shows up. After I accept it, as I understand it, it has been taken out of the tenants account, so no chance of it not going through, again, that's the way I understand it
