I'm working on my first rental income property and i am aware of the fact if someone gets hurt on my property, or sues me personally i am at risk to be sued for my personal assets. I am curious to know which entity would be most beneficial to purchase and lease rentals under ? And also the best insurance terms would protect my assets the most.
