Tenants and Language Barriers

Hi All,

I'm a new investor in South Florida, and I've been doing a lot of research into which areas and neighborhoods to buy in. It seems like there is potential for good buy and hold in Little Havana and other ethnic neighborhoods. What concerns me is that a large portion of the population speaks very little or no english. Is it as simple as hiring a bi-lingual property manager? Does anyone have any tips or experiences for buying in these neighborhoods.

Many Thanks!

RZ
