Lease is up - when is it ok to change the locks?
Hi all!
Hoping someone will have some advice on this issue. We have some tenants who are supposed to be leaving in a week. When is it ok to change the locks on the property? When the lease is up or when they are completely moved out?
I should say - this is not a living space. It is storage only.
Thanks!
