landlord death, property for sale, can i break lease?

I understand that I cannot be evicted due to the landlord's death, and my lease is valid until August 2014. However, the heirs have put the property on the market & it is being shown by their realtor often. Do I have grounds to break my lease legally due to my ruined privacy with these weekly showings?
