For people leasing out about 20 or more units, how do you keep data?

I was looking into storing my data about each properties info, sq feet, rent, tenant info etc. How do ya'll look at this data and analyze it? Any Recommendations?

Hey Drake! I work for a property management company here in San Antonio, and one of the platforms that we utilize for this is Rentvine. It is very user friendly, and has amazing customer service. Highly recommend giving it a look!
