Zillow Rejects Listing, Freezes Account
Does anyone here know of any tricks for getting past the Zillow AI so that listings aren't automatically flagged and account do not get frozen? Any recommendations on how to stop your account from being automatically flagged for review?
I'm managing my own rental properties via a management LLC that I created and Zillow automatically puts my listing under "48-hour review", requests either additional sensitive information such as mortgage statements, insurance statements, etc. (which I will not give them) or a "management agreement", then immediately freezes and locks me out of my Zillow account.
I've use Zillow in the past but it seems that with the new "AI" they use, if you are not an agent with an account, Zillow just sucks-up your infomration (photos, property description) then freezes account with little recourse. Then of course they get peoples' legal documents, sensitive infomration...all for free, whcih they use for their own corporate adventures....
