Recommendation for washing/dyer machine for a 4 plex

Hello,

I am looking at adding washing and dyer machines in a 4 plex unit. I am wondering if its neceassy to have a commerical grade washing and dyer machine in a four plex unit? Total number of people in the 4 plex is 6. 

I am also wondering if anyone has any expericene with smartcoin box company?

They have a wifi unit you are able to plug in a standard washing and dryer into the box and the tenants pay through an app.
