My boat on the pea gravel area and tenant is complaining.

Hi there! I have my boat on the pea gravel area which is on the corner of my multi-family property. This area is Not part of the lease. I need it for the winter time only. My tenant is complaining that it's driving unnecessary attention from the neighborhood to his home and wants us to move it. Please advise what should I do in this situation. Thanks.

@Sidra Amir

Are you selling it? Why would people come see it? If you are not selling it then put a “not for sale” sign on it and a no trespassing sign.
