There was no complain of bed bugs before. Now, after 10 months of stay, tenant is asking to get bed bug inspection done. Is it my responsibility to deal with this ?

This tenant is giving me really hard time. There were two maintenance issues which I got it resolved the same exact day. I just can't make this guy happy. He would keep texting even during our vacation. Now mainly because of this boat, he is Not paying rent for this month and wants to leave(I'm happy that he wants to go). Please advise. Thanks.

It was not there when they moved in but before signing the lease, we did tell them about the boat but still they're giving us hard time and making it a big deal out of it.

Boat is covered already but we'll put sign on. Thank you so much.

If the boat was there when the tenant applied, or it was at least disclosed to them that it would be there, then there's nothing you need to do. Cover the boat and/or put a "NOT FOR SALE" sign on it and go about your day.

Are you selling it? Why would people come see it? If you are not selling it then put a “not for sale” sign on it and a no trespassing sign.

We don't want to sell it. Putting both signs on is such a great idea. Thank you so much.

This is such a helpful platform and people. May God bless everyone specially those who help others.

Hey @Sidra Amir,

I would ask your tenant what they mean by unnecessary attention.

People come to see the boat and asking about it.

Hi there! I have my boat on the pea gravel area which is on the corner of my multi-family property. This area is Not part of the lease. I need it for the winter time only. My tenant is complaining that it's driving unnecessary attention from the neighborhood to his home and wants us to move it. Please advise what should I do in this situation. Thanks.
