I am building a property mgmt company and would like business planning advice.

Currently I handle most maintenance and leasing but now need help. I use good software to keep the books and records.

What structure is recommended for managing 100 units or less?

How many leasing agents and their compensation?

How many maintenance guys? What is maintenance up charge to owner? 1099 or w2?

Office admin and hourly rate paid? 1099 or w2?

Thank you.

Bryan
