Rent Control in Los Angeles
Hi all,
I'm wondering if anyone has any insights to how to determine what rent you can charge on a property that's subject to rent control that's historically been lived in by the owner. I know there's a cap on the rent increases depending on what the owner pays for, but how do you determine the base rent you're allowed to charge?
Thanks!
