I need more
I quit his site because I was not benefiting from the same old advice. I get it, build a team, hire professionals, blah blah. Let's get into more intermediate to advanced topics. Let us discuss how to finance properties if you don't have a W-2 job, what are you all doing in this high-interest rate environment, what are the benefits of single family housing verses multi-family, vs self-storage. And why is there not a separate section on self-storage?

They don't/can't show the real life micro economic data of tertiary cities.
Well, they can but they aren't accurate just like Zillow isn't in my market.
Micro is very different to Macro
