Tenant Won’t Get Out

Posted

Hi everyone, I inherited some re-rental properties from my parents who recently passed away. And one of the houses the tenant refuses to leave. I’ve hired a lawyer to help get them out, but I am confused as to how long this process will take. What is the general timeline to get somebody out of a rental house in Los Angeles county? The tenant has been living there for just over 10 years. Thank you in advance for your help.

If you're attorney is smart and honest with you. ( that's funny).

A couple letters showing scare them out.

I  have other ways but won't say because everyone will get mad but tenant will leave quickly. ( stop paying water bill).
