3rd party submeter utility billing services in Santa Clara County, CA

Hello,

I have a 4-plex with NextCentury submeters installed. I currently use Livable for submetered water/sewer/trash billing, but I would like to switch services due to constant billing issues. Any recommended billing service providers that service my property size in CA?
