Properties Vacant for 3 months

I have 2 SFH in Jacksonville FL (one 3b2b one 4b1.5b). They are both vacant after listed for 3 months. We have reduce the price for a couple of times and the price is already lower than my previous ones. But I still don't have a lot of contacts/showings. Is it normal in the current market? Any suggestions on what else I could do to rent them out?
