How to Fix Deep Scratches on Wooden Floors

Hi, we have a brand new floor in our home. Our tenant just moved out and we found the following damages on the floor, the door and the wall. The wall and the door are easy but any ideas on how to fix the floor would be greatly appreciated

    Use Tinted Paste wax and buff out or try pure coconut oil thick waxing in the jar rub a few times and then buff out.

    @Bian Dahab  the floor guy told me if  after you put a wet paper towel on it you can 't see it then you can buff and coat it. Otherwise you have to use a matching filler or if it gets bad replace the wood. I have spot sanded  and recoated but that was for cigarette burns.
