Limiting Land use for Rental Property

I am leasing a property with over an acre of land. Do I need special verbiage within my lease agreement to retain the right to initiate construction on the back of the property?

I am planning to build a quadplex on the back of the property at some point in the near future and I want to be sure that I don't get in a situation where my lease agreement prevents that.

Any guidance on this would be much appreciated.
