Contract for Deed Investment Property - Who issues CRP for tennats?

Hello everyone,

I have a 4plex that I have through a contract for deed, so the title is still under the seller's name.  Who is responsible for providing the tenants with a CRP?  The seller (who's name is on title) or me (technically the lessee in the contract for deed)?
